Knitting
Knitting is a method by which thread or yarn may be turned into cloth or other fine crafts. Knitted fabric consists of consecutive loops, called stitches. As each row progresses, a new loop is pulled through an existing loop.
We work in an organized way and our approach is traditional. In the first stage, we understand our clients’ requirement in depth, devise a plan of action and execute it. We manage time effectively with the 80/20 rule, i.e 80% planning, and 20% execution.
At ADA SOURCING & APPAREL we ensure that product is manufactured according to the standards. The samples of the garment are shipped to the buyer for review and approval. On the approval from the buyer, the process for mass production is initiated.
Dyeing
We have a team of supervisors who are always visiting these looms to ensure quality knotting and timely delivery of orders. For the production of fitted Sheets, Institutional Linen, and fabrics.
Sourcing

Finishing
The term finishing includes all the mechanical and chemical processes employed commercially to improve the acceptability of the product, except those procedures directly concerned with coloring.
Vendor Selection
We connect with vendors and select a vendor according to the product specification and order placement. We take time to choose the right vendor. We opt for people who has the right attitude and who strive for the best. At present we are working with 64 factories in Faisalabad.
We help the buyers to carefully examine the practices of the manufacturer, carry out a background check and then place the order. Vendor selection is one of the key success of all our endeavors, we select ISO certified manufacturers and suppliers who display competitive price.
Quality
Quality testing and maintaining standards are important. The objective of our quality assurance system is to avoid defects in the products. The company has qualified staff that is ensuring quality checks throughout the production processes.
Price Negotiation
Price negotiation is one of our key strength. We get competitively priced products for our clients without any compromise on quality. The price negotiation is kept transparent and under the surveillance of the buyer. We take extra care to maintain transparency and competitiveness when it comes to price negotiation.
Cutting
The garment components have to be cut accurately and precisely as per the shape of the pattern to facilitate the assembling process and for better fitting of garments. The effortlessness in achieving this accuracy is based on the cutting method engaged and on the marker. To get a consistent quality of cutting, the layer height should be as low as possible without affecting the production planning and quality of cutting.
Stitching
The stitch-bonding process involves bonding yarn layers, webs or flat substrates by means of a system of stitches. In the process, rows of needles move together to pierce the substrate being processed to form stitches.
On the receipt of approval on samples, the process for product development in bulk is initiated. We develop the product according to buyer’s requirement and specifications. Along with the product, we attach a tag which has all the important data about the product as well the wash and care instruction.
During the mass production, we follow personalized and periodic follow up to meet the standards and quality. Our team consistently update the client about the progress in production.
We follow up on the periodical production status right from laboratory test with international accredited lab and quality control at various stages from fabric to final random inspection.
Packaging
Packaging has developed special, high-performance moisture barriers for the packaging of textile products and ready for shipping.
Logistics & Shipment Follow Up
Our logistics department handles all the documents regarding shipping of the product. We ensure that we have the correct shipping documents and get prior approval from the client before and post shipment. This ensures trouble free delivery to the destination.
We also record our follow ups which saves time. The ADA SOURCING & APPAREL sends out shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment to ensure smooth delivery.
