What We Do

01

Knitting (out Sourcing)

Knitting is the first stage of garment creation. It transforms yarn into fabric using a series of loops called stitches.

At ADA APPAREL, we start by understanding client requirements in depth, creating a detailed plan, and executing with precision. Samples are created and approved by the buyer before production begins.

02

Dyeing (out Sourcing)

Our dyeing process ensures vibrant, uniform colors for all fabrics. Supervisors monitor every loom and batch to maintain quality and timely delivery.

Products include fitted sheets, institutional linen, and other fabric items. Careful attention is paid to temperature, dye concentration, and fabric type to meet international standards.

03

Sourcing

Our sourcing team connects with reliable vendors to procure high-quality materials. We explore new opportunities while maintaining strong partnerships.

Through well-established vendor connections, we ensure our garments meet quality, price, and production requirements, staying ahead in the textile market.

04

Finishing

The finishing stage improves fabric quality through mechanical and chemical processes (excluding coloring).

We enhance fabric softness, strength, and durability while maintaining international standards to ensure buyer satisfaction.

05

Vendor Selection

Selecting the right vendor is key to quality and timely delivery. We currently work with 64 ISO-certified factories in Faisalabad.

Each vendor is vetted for attitude, capability, and competitive pricing. Orders are placed only after thorough background checks and client approvals.

06

Quality Assurance

Quality is maintained at every production stage to avoid defects. Our team performs continuous inspections from raw fabric to finished garments.

Random inspections, laboratory testing, and regular updates ensure every product meets international standards and client expectations.

07

Price Negotiation

We negotiate competitive prices without compromising quality. Every negotiation is transparent and done in consultation with clients.

This ensures the best value while maintaining trust and long-term partnerships.

08

Cutting

Garment components are cut precisely according to patterns for better fitting. Correct layer height ensures consistent quality.

Our cutting process minimizes errors and prepares fabric pieces for smooth assembly in stitching.

09

Stitching

Bulk stitching begins once samples are approved. Rows of needles join fabric layers to form durable stitches.

Wash-care tags and client updates are provided during production to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

10

Packaging

High-performance moisture-barrier packaging protects products and keeps them ready for shipment.

Packaging ensures the integrity and quality of garments during transportation.

11

Logistics & Shipment Follow-Up

Our logistics team manages all shipment documents, approvals, and provides detailed shipping advice.

This ensures smooth, trouble-free delivery from factory to buyer’s location.
